I have an 06 X2 with dealer installed fresh water cooling (half system). My manifolds rusted out after three years and I replaced them with these

After some research I have learned that the main reason for half systems is that the manifolds don't allow for a way of plumbing in a full system but the ones I bought do (you can FWC the manifolds and then raw water out of the risers).

My question is, will the heat exchanger and other parts of the system be sufficient to run a full system if I just add in the plumbing? Or would I need a larger or more powerful heat exchanger, etc?
