Reflections or Metronome??

Hey I was wondering which of the two movies Reflections or Metronome is better? I just got Reflections for my birthday but they said I could go in and trade it in for any dvd there. So do you think I should stick with Reflections or go with Metronome? Im looking for a video with a lot of wakeboarding but also has some wakeskating on it too. Also which was is longer?
