core, lifting, and trampoline

Pull ups at the gym, with a spotter, or use the pull up machine.

Medicine ball for core, rowing machine, squats & lunges, free weights. Oh, and drysuit riding too

Core exercises and weighted pulley with wakeboard handle while balancing on Bosu ball.

I dont have an off season, but I compliment my wakeboarding with core exercises, weight lifting (all trying to recreate the way I would use those muscles in wakeboarding), trampoline and indo board

well i snowboard.
and i hike a lot.
and indo boarding is always a plus.

My husband got us started on the P90X program. It's kicing my a**, never been so sore. But I think I'll be ready for summer riding!

i am out for a while riding and i cant run or use an elliptical or anything... anyone have any idea on staying in shape other than lifting and riding the bike... i wanna switch it up every couple of days and my body is getting used to riding the bike

Ever heard of HOT Yoga? Its done in sauna like conditions.
