One of the owners does some work for me at the hotel with his other business. I thought it was only the partner that wanted out? Oh well, I think they do have some plans for storage.

It's a hot spot IMO.... Definately plenty of room for more storage & with the town Mt. house building like crazy looks like a good investment. The guy who runs the place has always been super cool, he definately improved it over the past 2/3 yrs.

Yep, I agree with Jarrod. Put some storage up in there. It would be nice to drench the channel there. I have noticed it get down to 3 1/2 feet on depth finder

is "drench" a combination of trenching and dredging? RE is the place to be. Close to the best riding spots.

Seen a brand new 2 wheel drive truck slide all the way down in to the water!! They had to walk the boat up on to the trailer cuz they hit somthing and messed up the prop. The truck was to deep and the rear wheels where in the slime. Next thing you know the whole truck is under water at the end of the dock. The only thing that stoped it from goin all the way across to the other side was it jack knifed. It was crazy to see.

I am guessing more storage... covered or uncovered, something to keep the revenue coming in during the slow / winter months. 5 acres & 400 feet of waterfront sounds like oppurtunitty to me =) I would rather be running that lil store than TPS reports in this lil cubilcle ( btw - thx again for the pulls last week, hope u 2 survived the weekend! ) Lzy

That guy is definitely way cool. I always see him running up and down the ramps at the end of the day helping out newbies who don't know how to put the boat back on the trailer. Two Sunday's ago, some people didn't winch up, or even hook up the bow eye to the trailer, and just started to pull out. As they were pulling out, the PS 190 was sliding off the trailer! If the owner dude hadn't jumped in, there would have been a boat plopped on the ramp haha. (which I have actually seen; was a smaller crappy boat though) (Better & More) Storage- absolutely brilliant. The plan this year was to store it there, to save gas money towing it back and forth, but things just didn't work out for several reasons... one of which being they didn't have lockers for the gear good luck on those TPS reports and I got another 5 on it!

You can use me as your realtor and I will chip in my commission. I will also be able to negotiate the price and probably find another couple of investors. If we get some serious people together we could make this happen.

On a serious note: Anyone know if they have had their financials prepared and/or audited? I am thinkin that if I could show some cash flow to the bank I could probably pull a decent loan out for this? How cool would it be to own a place like this!

Somebody from WW, please buy it! I was talking with Renee (one of the owners who is always in the store) last week and she said there is somebody who is interested who wants to raise all the prices: launching, storage etc. The current owners are awesome, Im so bummed. They sent all of us who store our boats there Xmas cards and on holiday weekends they make and hand out cup cakes and other stuff for everyone
