Looking at a new board and bindings. After three years on the Belmont and CWB Cannons, I am looking at possibly the Transit bindgs, on a LF Subject. I am going to try to demo a few also, but thought I would see what others have to say.
Also, the Spinx was recommended, but I think that is a women's model. Hey, what's up with that?

Any input would be appreciated.

Sphynx is the "Man" version of the Minx and it is a limited edition...I think 1000 pairs and that's it. As far as transits go, I really like mine. They are like walking on air, and they hold really tight and pretty high up your calf too. They are easy in and out, much more that say Hyperlite Parks, and they are about 100 bones less too.

I was concerned about quality as I have had other LF bindings, but these seem to be pretty well bombproof so far. I have them mounted on a Byerly right now and have not experienced the slipping some people have found with the FAST system.

when i demoed the transits, the tongue managed to work itself to the outside of my ankle so the inside of my ankle/leg would *get* to rub against the hard rubber outer part of the binding. it left a nice little wound.

i really liked the transits otherwise, though. nice binding.
