Hey I was under the impression that the shane board was going to have a differnt picture or location of the picture on everyboard. I found 2 shanes.. the same size.. with the same picture.... in the same spot.... is that normal...

i wasn't trying to be hard on him, just saying that would've had to have been a lot of pictures to go through, if they were doing a different pic for each shane board pressed.

joe.. I know that but in prior posts on here people have been saying that even if its the same pic, it will be located differently on the board.... so each board would have a differnt picture or location of picture or both... just what I heard and I was gettin it out there that that rumor is not true.... thanks though

i think the whole picture frame thing has got to be the dumbest idea in the world of wakeboarding EVER. I have seen the shane in person and the board is sick but i personally would not get it just because it is ruined with that ugly picture frame. Come on LF.....if your going to have something completely useless on a board then at least make it look good...whatever it may be. I got an idea. How about incorporating a bottle opener. They already have them on the bottom of sandals. if it was on your board at least you wouldn't have to worry about how your beer tastes after stepping in dog poo. LOL!

I agree with ^^ I think the whole frame and pictures on the board idea is tacky. They could have done soo much better graphics.

Hyperlite has two boards this year covered in a synthetic leather. I think it is Ruck's Era board and then the girl's Syn. I also have a Burton snowboard from last year that has the synthetic leather topsheet. Pretty cool idea and looks good.

alright let me break it down for you alll. i ride the shane incredible board and shane is the man. on the 132 the 136 and 140 the picture frame are in different place. 132 is in the center, 136 is to the left and 140 is to the right and they turned the 132 frame vertically and the 136 and 140 horizontally. they pictures are suposed to be different alot of the time, but yes you will find the same pics once in a while. go look at the board guide and you will see it all.

Guys, for the record...each Shane size comes in 3 different configurations. Frame on the left , center and right. there is 1 specific photo assigned to each frame position taken from the bottom graphic. This is the same on each size

Use the frame to put your own picture in. Put a pic in it then cover it with large clear tape. Whammo, your own custom board.

I have the shane. I could give a Sh*T whats on it, it could be hot pink with candyland graphics and I'd still ride it. It's a sick board.
I would never pick a board based on the grpahics, as many do.

The picture on my Shane has been customized - with a picture of the business end on a Reef Girl. Much better to look at than Shane's ugly mug.
