i need a camera, water proof case and software

what is the absulute cheapest way to get all of that? please tell me specific products, I know its a expencive, so I want the cheapest way to shoot and edit movies

I own the Sony SPK-PC4 (for video) and it works well. My only complaint is that I cannot fit a wide angle lens in the housing.
