anybody willing to give a rundown of the ownership of wakeboard companies...i understand that most of the mainstream companies are ultimately owned by one ...no political motivations here, just curious...

Yeah that's right, but I don't know the details either. Someone must know. But nobody wants to talk. Maybe it's.... A SECRET!

I believe Bob Archer has his hands in Liquid Force/Free Motion, Hyperlite/Byerly, O'Brien and CWB. Not sure if he's part or full owner of any of these, but I'm pretty sure he's got at least a piece of each one.

Bob Archer is no secret. But he's got his hands in a lot of pies when it comes to water sports. Remember, that includes most of the water ski companies too.
