What is the best way to build one?
or could someone tell me the parts they used to do so

How many outlets are you looking for? what kind of pumps? Need more info...

2, 1000 gph rule,attwood,johnson, or one way. I am going to build one that has two manifolds one in the back that empties and one in the front that fills. both of wich will use 2 1100 gph pumps.

I am not following what your statement says??? Are you saying you might use "2, 1000 gph rule,attwood,johnson, or one way" or "will use 2 1100 gph pumps.". I am not trying to be difficult but take some time and detail what you want to do and stay away from the run-on sentences. It doesn't make sense to me what you are thinking of doing. I get wanting to do a 4 pump aerator system (2 pumps for fill and 2 fr empty) but what do you mean when you typed "or one way"? Does this pic help?

and what do you mean by a fill manifold in the front and a drain manifold in the back? you need to solve fill and drain issues for all bags in the boat front, back, wherever..

and you will need pumps on each bag for drain unless they are close enough to T them to one pump... lots of questions bro

by one way I mean not reversible. my idea was to have one manifold in the fron to fill with two pumps split into four hoses going to four bags w/ four shut off valves, and one manifold w/ two pumps and four drain hoses with four shut off valves in the back to empty all of wich will be under the water line and use 1100 gph pumps.
