I built two 12" wood subwoofer boxes that will be mounted under the drivers and passengers compartment under the dash. The boxes will need to be secured to the fiberglass kick panel found on a Sea Ray 200. Any suggestions for mounting the boxes to this slanted fiberglass bulk head? I know just stainless screws won't hold it and there is no access to the back of these panels through the front bow.

Here is a picture of the kick panels. There is a carpeted section about 4 inches wide on the inside of both panels which is wood covered with carpet

I had mine screwed at first from inside the box, and a year or two later screwed from behind the panel into the box with more screws. I remember planning on bolting the box through the panel but can't remember if I ever did it, that would be a thought.

It would be best to bolt it through using a piece of wood on the backside as a sandwich between the fiberglass. Problem is, there is no access without cutting an access hole. So I am looking to see if anyone has any ideas that could work around that.
