Iam getting my boat out this weekend and I was told that summerizing it is pretty easy. What hoses and bolts do I need to check?

Depends how it was winterized. If it was done right by a dealer, they would have hooked all the hoses back up.

The only thing you should have to do is put the battery back in and turn the key.

Blake,

I don't like downtime - so I do some preventative maintenance before putting in for the first time. I ALWAYS replace the impeller (my luck it will fail on 4th of July weekend) and check the timing. Since my boat is 3 yrs old - I'm having a complete tuneup (plugs, wires, cap, etc) and possibly a new belt. The rudder should be greased (if your dealer didn't do it) and I've heard that it is a good idea to lube the starter. Good luck!!
