Can I wake surf behind my Sunsetter LXI

I was wanting to know if it would even be possible. If so, I know my wake will not be as large as some, so which board would you recommend.

2001 Malibu sunsetter LXI
Front MLS 400lbs
wedge
Two 250 lbs side sacks

Rear MLS filled, 800 across the rear, another along the side. Wedge and nothing else.

You should have a decent wake.
