i landed badly when i did a backroll a couple of monthds back. i landed really squating and my hip popped out then back in. I'm only 22!!
i rested it a while, then did some lateral movement light weights on it. It occasionally hurts a bit but nothing too bad.
just try and strengthen the muscles around it, and if you can afford it, go to the physio
