hey i guys i have a 2003 mastercraft x-30 with a factory system and 4 factory tower speakers. My mids and highs are too loud for the factory ten inch sub that came with it. I want a cheap solution to add more bass to the boat. I was wondering if a bandpass box with two tens in it would sound alright under a cushion. Please help with any info or any other suggestions/ thanks

Jared, I have an'01 X-30. I removed the kick panel, built a small box that attached to the back side of the panel, put in the sub and then put the panel back into place. Sorry no picks, but it worked pretty good. I also purchased another single 10" sub from a local manufacture of speakers. It was in a box that was made to fit behind pick up seats, it fit nicely under the left, bow cushion.
