Anyone have issues with the black rubber coming off on the new X-series board racks? I have tried hot glue, but lasted only a few trips. Any suggestions?

yup, mastercraft is replacing them for free. it may take a while to get them in, but your dealer should have a few on hand.

also, there's this marine glue i used on mine called U53 or U52 or something like that (don't have it right in front of me). try your local boat store, they'll know what i'm talking about. it's a marine glue that's rock solid in all conditions once applied.

Hot glue will not work, because it melts at something like 110 degrees, and softens at like 100 degrees. You can just use clear Silicon that they sell at any hardware store. It lasts forever and will not melt of freeze. The old style board racks had the same problem and that is what I used to fix mine and have not had a problem since. Just make sure you get all the old glue out or else it will not sit flush in the grooves.

Mine started coming loose - I've got a 20 hour service coming up and that will surely be a topic of discussion.
