Now after two weeks of sitting idle waiting for my carpet I have to start all over again.
You tried to get a deal and it didn't work out. That's how it goes. I'm not sure this warrants calling out a business as "UNPREFESSIONAL". A mistake was made and they attempted to correct it. That is the opposite of unprofessional.
And seriously, you are surprised that shipping an 11ft piece of carpeting is expensive?
