So my vinyl is getting brownish on the sun pad. The cover is super clean on the under side so it has nothing to do with that. Is it the glue? If so, is there anyway to fix?

Also, my pro 60 on the right side of the tower, closest to the stereo, is emitting some kind of funny distortion or white noise while on low volume. Almost like a blown speaker type sound. It clears up when the volume is turned up, however? Any ideas? Thanks.

If the speakers are under-driven the voice coil can emit a scratchy sound at very low power settings, especially if they have suffered some damage.

Your pads are suffering water damage and bleed through, maybe from mildew/mold. The sun is your friend. Not much you can do for now, except dry it out. Next step involves opening it up.

The speakers were being underdriven but that has been rectified. Could they have been damaged from being underdriven from maybe 5-10 boat outings?

Also, how can you tell they are water damaged? What should I do to dry them out?
