Sometimes it takes a tragedy to get your mind right.
i have been trying to quit smoking for 10 years, almost eleven actually. I am 45 1/2 years old. perfect health, weight to height, no issues.
I lost a good friend last week. He dropped dead at 54 years old. Wife, 2 sons, family business.
Widow Maker got him.
I haven't had a smoke in three days, all I see is his face and all i can think of is how much my boys miss my now dead father.
I have tried every pill, patch, lozenge, acupuncture and hypnotherapy with no luck, always would sneak on or two until i was back smoking.
Is this what it takes?
I miss you Mark, RIP.
