I am just wondering if anyone out there could give me a hand with getting ahold of someone at company for warranty purposes, I have sent emails and pics and not even one reply. Any suggestions other than changing gear?

when did you send your email? they have been busy with surf expo and won't be back til the 16th. e-mail information@companywake.com they have been more than helpful with me.
