Here is the description frpm buywake

DESCRIPTION:

The new Pro X Series Tower Extension is the most badass product to hit the market. It fits all tubular towers and allows riders to go bigger and land softer. It also helps you learn new tricks at slower speeds which will increase your confidence while reducing the punishment of crashing. Trying to land that first raley? Slow the boat to 18 mph and give it a rip. It also folds down entirely and can remain attached while your tower is collapsed, so there is no need to remove it prior to parking your boat on the lift. Now go BIG!

So....is it as fun****ional as the description?

Doesn't look like it helped much with that guys raley. That looked gnarly.

haha, that was behind a different boat, either way that fall was real bad. And yes the tower is as awesome as the description

Nobody rode that tower except me in this video, This video was kinda just a mashup deal we had used over 5 boats total for this filming, mine we only made one set on.

So does the extended tower really help that much? it seems like there would be some increased loads on the tower's base this is mounted too (even if it has a strap to the bow). wonder if there has been any problems using this on certian towers.

The extended tower needs to have a regular tower that faces to the rear of the boat, not like a normal malibu tower. I haven't had any problems with load issues on the tower. I can definitely say it helps I learned a whirlybird off this tower! It makes the rope tension a little lower and its easier to learn tricks that you need to learn how to handle the line tension

Ya and that strap takes the majority of the load im sure. Glad to hear you learned a whirly with it. Just was curious about it, as i hadnt seen one b4.

Vid was great JB.
