My buddy has a 200VRS Maristar 1996 one of the first MC V Drives and I ride in it occasionally and we really need to figure out how to weight it. Any help would be GREAT

start in the back. Shouldn't need any weight up front till you get 500lbs or so as far back as you can. Pry 70/30 rear/front.

Nacho have you ridden behind a 200vrs?
Because these boats need closer to 50/50 rear/front. The boat already has porpoising issues without weight

I bought mine and used it for about 2 months this year and had 2 350 lb bags... 1 almost all the way in the front and 1 as far back as possible. needs more weight though IMO

My winter project is 2 400lb sacs in the engine compartment and 1 400 in the walkway as far forward as possible. and 350-400 lbs combined in the ski locker and underneath front seats.

This is one of my favorite Mastercrafts, it response really well to weight because the wetted surface isn't too big, and the wake doesn't crumble, even with lots of additional ballast.

Weight distribution is definitely 50/50 or even 60f/40r though. If you're not interested in surfing then Fly HIgh Pro X Series V-Drive Sacs and a Fly High Rear Seat / Center Locker Sac is a great weight to go.

Are you going to manually fill and drain the bags, or are you looking for a fully integrated system?
