Shot my first time with The cannon HV 30 today. Full HD @30P. Anyway what the best way to export to Vimeo using Imovie 09? I tried scaling down to SD at around 2000kbps but it looked awful....and I would assume if I encode 15 min of footage at full HD it will be to big........any Ideas?

CS4 Encoder. CS4 is expensive however provides a ton of tools.

Only thing I would tell ya to do was find someone who has FC Studio, or the like. If you cut it down to much, gonna be real blocky, and look like crap. Studio comes with compression software that should be ready to go, and makes it look near perfect. Best suggestion without spending a lot of cash.
