What does it need records of? you can hook either of these motors up to a laptop and it will tell you more than a service record will. And why less than 100hrs?
Service records. Just shows the owner had some pride of ownership and the initiative to take it in regardless if it needed attention or not. Less than 100 hours--just a starting point not 100% firm on that.
