Tore my ACL Tuesday night in a freakin softball game, I guess I should just focus on wakeboarding haha, but there goes the rest of my summer. At least I got a few months in already. Anyone have good workout tips while rehabing their knee. I tore my other one in high school but had the resources of all that equipment and the time to do it.

I had meniscal repair as well, so my rehab isn't as intense as it could be... but I do the following every morning based on my work with my PT (each exercise for 3 minutes):

Hamstring stretch
weighted leg lifts
calf raises
single leg extension (quad) (with weight if you can)
single leg flextion (hammy) (with weight if you can)
double leg press (light weight)

and then 10 minutes on the bike.

My Dr. is supposed to clear me for full ROM next week and my PT has said our workout regiment will change considerably then... I will post up what changes are made once I find out.

You WILL get sore, but its normal...Good Luck! and have fun!! ;)
