ours friend has an 08 lsv, and wants to put his speakers on the outside of his tower, has anyone done it? anyone have pics?

What tower? I have seen speakers mounted on top of an illusion, but not a good look.

We would have problems with this for several reasons. Lack of places to mount racks for boards & foils.

And they would stick out like 10" or 12" past the edge of the boat. Tieing up with other boats with towers, or to a houseboat might be a problem. Might even be a problem driving down the road.

I also think a rope could catch and tear a speaker can off if your not careful.

the have the bar on the back of there tower like this

is there any way to mount it to the actual flat part of the tower?
