I installed Enzo sacs and the first few times the Jabsco pump would fill it. Now when I try the line jerks and no water will pass through the line for the enzo sac. It will fill the center tanks and hard tanks. Any ideas to the problem?

Here is what I have ruled out so far:

the clamps on the hoses are tight and no leaking water.
The strainer is clean.
the values are clean.
The in hole is clean and free.
Impeller is new.
The sac is vented.

Is the hose kinked? Sounds like something is restricting the flow.

I know my fat sac pump would do that when the line was kinked. Or I'd get nothing when I sucked up a piece of wood or a rock but I just pulled the motor apart and cleaned it and it worked like a champ.

Sounds like a clog to me. You might try taking the hose off of the pump and blowing some air through that hose to see if you can blow it out or at least knock that off of the list.

I got it fixed today. Seems that when I cleaned them out at the start of the season, I screwed the ring on too tight. Today I loosen it up and it flowed! Thanks for all the help!
