My bf just bought a trampoline last night and he started teaching me 360 & handle passes on it. I did really well and I see how this is going to help me. What other things can I try on the trampoline? Grabs?
Also, in my tumbling classes they have me doing back tucks while holding onto a rope. It's not that hard and now I"m getting good. Granted, I'm not on water though!
Since I can't get on the water right now, trampoline and tumbling are my next best choices....now where do I go from here?
