I do a lot of my wakeboarding on the east coast of maryland along the Sassafras River: Represent!! : ) I was wondering if anyone had some wetsuit suggestions for the fall/ Spring weather in Maryland. The air temperature is around 50-65deg.(F) I'm not sure about the water temp, but probably around 40degrees. I'm looking to spend about $150.00 for a wetsuit. Also wondering what the difference heatwise would be, between like a Full-Suit, a Spring-Suit, or just a nice upper-body longsleeve jacket type suit.

In those temps you'll freeze your ass off in a Spring or upper body vest/jacket.

You could handle it in a nice 4:3 full wetsuit. I rode similar water temps and way colder air temps in one and my hands and toes were the only parts that got cold.

So like a nice full suit, alright. Do you have any recommendations under $200? And any online store recommendations?

I wear a 3/2 fullsuit and got mine from the wetsuitwarehouse, you could also try grizzly sports too.

Sorry to hijack but anyone seen or used that new Rip Curl H-bomb heated wetsuit. That thing looks sweet not much call for it in FL though with its over $500 price tag. Should help you guys up north though prob no more need for a drysuit with that thing.

Look at the O'Neill Psycho. My body doesn't even get wet in that thing. They're a little pricy though...

Ask your local surfers what they're wearing. Maryland has tons of surf shops.

If you can afford to wait a couple weeks, I would suggest frequently checking www.whiskeymilitia.com

I've seen plenty of 4:3 and 3:2 full suits on there for under $200...high quality suits as well. O'Neill, Xcel, Rip Curl, etc.
