I just wanted to say that Sling Shots customer service is top notch. I have heard people say that they have had problems since Kyle left. But I ran into an issue and they took care of it right away. Keeping contact and letting me know what was going on through out the day. Just wanted to give them some props on a awesome customer service department.

same here, just yesterday contacted slingshot about some binding problems and they said they're gonna ship me a new pair. Cant wait to get back on the water. Thansk Slingshot, awesome service.

Hmmm, still waiting on a reply from warranty dept for my little white plastic piece on the ankle support cinch thingy. Almost lost the other one yesterday. It's been two weeks since i was told I would be contacted about it.
