water in the exhaust doesn't = water in the oil pan, it still has to get by the rings. overheating is your clue, it can cause loss of head gasket integrity and create a situation where oil and water...

Most caliper bolts torque around 75 ft lbs. If you're going more than this you're stretching the bolts and risk breaking them after they heat up.

caliper bolts should have locktite on the threads. you'll have to drill out the broken bolt and use a easy out.
then I would se what's going on with that axle, sounds like something is bent, warped...

Sounds like you have a bad fuel pressure regulator, it's not holding residual pressure when the engine is off. Get a fuel pressure gauge hooked and give it a test.
