I went in a wakesurf tournament this summer just to get a chance to ride behind the X25 they were using. If you surf, you will be happy with the wake. What amazed me was how cool the seats stayed on...

TWP F-18 4'6" MasterCraft Edition

Would this board be an upgrade from my 2006 IS Yellow? It's a couple inches longer, a liitle narrower and a little thicker... more true surfstyle. Any faster? Not sure if it is any lighter in PUPE...

I would recommend putting in 750's instead of 400's, that's what I did. They fit the locker perfectly and are a better option if you're into wakesurfing. I never fill both entirely when wakeboarding,...

Leave the board in the just sun long enough to soften the wax, then pour hot over to further melt and rinse off. Wipe clean with warm soapy water after... Worked for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Great to know for sure this can be done on an X-1 without going crazy on additional ballast. I'll be picking up a board/rope for the weekend!
