65+5+5+5 black on ebay with a chamois handle for 89 + 12 shipping. didn't need a new handle but it was virtually free with the line!

I did 20 hr service with winterization last fall. Just take it in to a local certified mercury shop and they'll take care of you.

I didn't do the impeller but of course it wouldn't hurt....
