06 F-250 6inch lift mild programmer and I get about 11 mpg around town and 17 on the freeway. My mileage doesn't change while towing my boat, now when towing 10000 plus pounds the mileage drops huge....

That's the hitch I have works great for me and I have a 6 inch lift on my F250 and give me plenty of adjustment and handles a crap load of wieght. I have pulled atleast 13000 pounds and no problems....
