The boats are exactly the same from 2008 to 2009. I have an 08 and the dealer i bought it from changed out the capacity sticker to the new one that says 12 people for me.

I would be keeping the same overall diameter by using a lower profile tire, so the size would be the same as stock. The weight of the wheels would be the only difference.
