With your speakers wired bridged mono, the amp is 300 watts x2. That is plenty of power. Check with Alpine to make sure the amp will run stable below a 4 ohm load.

I would go with 2 holes or one for each set of speakers. I would put the holes in the center of each pair so the wiring going to them is evenly distributed.
