G23 for sure. The both come with 2850 stock ballast. Engines being equal between the two, they'll be able to handle the same extra ballast as well.

The Code 55's are just as stiff, if not stiffer (maybe just because they're new), as the Cells. They are still super comfy. In my opinion, the Code 55's are more durable as well.

I had the same problem with a new Boatmate...

I had the same problem with a new Boatmate trailer back in 2012. They ended up having to replace the actuator or solenoid...can't remember specifically.
