If you are concerned about out of pocket expenses, i'd consider getting something with a timing chain. A timing belt and new water pump are more in repairs than i've had in total on my car with 235K...

I have no faith in a boosted engine lasting 10+ years and 300K which is how long i keep my vehicles....
