Can you rebuild the pack yourself? That would be a lot cheaper. Are you sure it's only 20, not 40? That pack looks like it would hold 2 wide. And most battery packs are 11-13AH vs 6AH, which 20...

On mine the throttle is speed limited to 20mph. The pedal assist speed limit can be overridden so that it's still helping you while pedaling up to IIRC 28mpg.
