what is it that you can't get? make sure you wait for the pop and then spin. also, if you pass the handle really late then it will help keep you from over-rotating and sliding out on your butt

about mid rotation you are letting the handle come up towards your head. keep the handle low and in tight and it will speed up your rotation. but also like kevin said you need more load on the line....

the hyperlite/accurate premier and murray handles are both pretty sick. Also check out the ronix totem handle, by far the softest and tackiest handle i've used. it's only $69 too.
