Not sure what that's supposed to mean? But I have a galaxy 4s and would prefer that over an iPhone any day. It has way better picture and video quality. The only plus to a 5s is the slow-motion.

Push ups and crunches, best work out there is. I've got in the habit of doing 100 push ups and 200 crunches every day. Switch up to on narrow or wide push ups. It works most of your upper body.
