Buy a new one and a prop puller kit. Yours will take awhile to fix and then in the future you will have two. Your dealer, acme, delta props can fix it.

Actually running reversible pumps. You need 3 check valves per pump to function and also direct the flow of the water out the side of the boat when draining.

I did it on a v232. I had to cut the tanks out. Messy but not that bad. I'd suggest reversible pumps with the bags. Seems like the tsunamis always had trouble draining them. I just ordered them up...
