I've got an old (circa 2000) Perfect Pass Digital Pro in my boat. The paddle wheel is flaking out. I know there have to be some laying around with folks upgrading to GPS.

This is very strange. Your prop has all of the NC tooling marks. I've never seen a reworked prop that doesn't have significant smearing/buffing of the tooling marks.
