Prop is probably very slightly bent. Mine did the same thing (same boat) until I hit a rock and really bent the prop. Once a new prop was on there, no more vibration.

perfect pass holds hours as well. There are two meters. One that can be reset, the other can't. If the boat has PP stock and it hasn't been replaced, you can get the hours there.
