When Wakecraft went to this system I watched the retooling they did and it wasn't that complicated. Just yank the tanks and shored up the cavity and bam 500# more ballast.

It's not a Tahoe but we just got a new Suburban LTZ and the pkg includes an upgraded trailering pkg which has the trany cooler. Pulls way better than my 2005 burb. The Tahoe will do fine.
