My rear seat is a bench with air space beneath it. What I would want to do is secure a board to mount the speaker facing up into the seat with the back of the speaker toward the floor of the boat.

Thanks for the suggestions. The sub placement is my main concern, I saw in that earmark car audio link all they were using were 8" bazooka tubes, otherwise it looks like a custom box under the dash...

hey man i had the same thing with my shoulder. its a possible torn rotator cuff, but if you can still raise it slowly, its more likely to be just strained, heat, ice, rest
