+1 for the Cells. They are very supportive. Some would say too stiff, but I love mine.

My son & I went there in March. It was a great experience. LR3 said it well - you will be worn out and won't feel like doing much. Ironically, we were there with two guys from California, both in...

Jeff: I am on the private "warm" side. In fact, you can almost see my house in the picture where you are doing your handle pass - my house is the next one to the left of the one in the background.

Johnny: Ironically, I decided to go back to laces & getting Ronix Cells. I am a tight binding guy and just don't think I can get a velcro strap tight enough for my liking. I will however tell my son...

I really was hoping straps would work for me, but I think I need a stiffer binding. The Gators do look like nice bindings. Watch those replaceable straps - that was what CWB was trying to do with the...

Ronix Ones or Cells or LF Shanes or Watsons?

Returning my CWB AA's and need new bindings. Have narrowed it down to these 4 I think. If my research is acurate, sounds like Ones and Shanes are mid-level stiff/flexible and Cells and Watsons are...

Brycejay: I had the same break and surgery a few years ago. The good news is what got the flexion back in my leg was wakeboarding - edging toeside and landing is great therapy for that. Good luck...

My son loves his new LF Vantage bindings - my AA's going back

He rode the Vantage bindings this weekend and loved them. Easy to get in and out of, good support and comfort and still came out of them on hard falls. Would recommend them if you are looking for...

By the way, you guys who ride AA's, does your hinge/heel always pop open? It doesn't do much closed, but feels better when it is. I can't see any way to adjust it so it stays closed.

Thanks to all for the input. I had Answers (loved them) and now have AA's (which I love too but sometimes blow out of). He's 17 and has been a size 12 for years, so I think I am safe on size. I'd go...

Bindings: CWB Factions or Answers or LF Vantage?

Need new bindings for my son and looking for thoughts on these. Would prefer to spend $250 or less, so looking at these. Ronix Ones & CWB Marius are other options if I sprang for a few backs more.

Glad to hear endorsements of AA's. Velcro seems way to go, but I was afraid they might not be snug enough. I love hinge boots as well - spent years cussing my way into high-wrap slalom ski bindings....
