As it turns out, Overton's, iboats, and many others are reselling Westland covers. I found a couple good reviews of the exact fit covers, and went ahead and bought one from www.boatcoversdirect.com....

Agreed. I ordered the version with the max 80 lb gas springs, but if they give at 10.5 mph, I'll replace them with SS bars. :)

The tabs are 9" tall x 10" long, and are designed to be set at 25º down from the hull. I'm assuming the retractors take them from 25º to 0º. I think I'm gonna give them a shot. I'll post results...

For the record, I know they will never pay for themselves in mileage gains. I'll make use of the extra torque, plus I also just love the way a good set of headers look under the hood.
