My rear seat is a bench with air space beneath it. What I would want to do is secure a board to mount the speaker facing up into the seat with the back of the speaker toward the floor of the boat.

hey man i had the same thing with my shoulder. its a possible torn rotator cuff, but if you can still raise it slowly, its more likely to be just strained, heat, ice, rest
