We usually only run the rears about 3/4 of the way full and the wake can be scary with quite a few...

Octane is not based on how much water there could be in the mix. If thats the case then a higher water content would actually raise the octane rating...

Gas is rated on its ability to resist combustion. Higher the octane then higher its resistance to burn.

Running 93 octane in a motor designed to take 87 can actually cause a performance decrease....

Having a hard time visualize all of this but if your pumps aren't below the water line then I see you having a ton of issues with getting them to prime.
