Sounds to me like you may have a kink in your drain hose. Depending on the angle/fitting where the hose is attached to the oil pan, you may kink it if you pull it taught through the drain plug hole....

I agree that CWB has excellent customer service and Amanda is great to deal with. I've had only good experiences with them since my first CWB setup in '03.
